Term of service
Commission is accepted with artistic liberties allowed.
Please ensure my aesthetics are the right fit for you before requesting.
When I update the commission, the client should give feedback within 1-2 days (after a day I will notify you again).
If you do not give feedback, I will consider it approved and continue the work.
Turnaround time is from 7 days to 2 months depending on the complexity of the commission and the overall workload.
WON'T draw: real people, realism, furry, animals, mecha and nsfw. However, some animalistic features are welcome, contact me for details.
____Paypal is preferable payment methods.
For sketch commission: full payment after I confirm your request. You can ask for a clean lineart for free.
For sketchy illustration: full payment after you confirm the sketch.
For rendered illustration: Half the payment after you confirm the sketch. The rest of the payment needs to be sent after the colored draft is confirmed.
Additional fee: negotiable for the complexity of the commission.
Partial refunds for cancellation are calculated based on the amount of work completed.
No refunds for cancellation when the commission is in the revision process.In the final polishing phase, any requirement for refund or cancellation is denied.
You can request a refund if I miss the deadline or the final work doesn't meet the quality agreed upon by both sides.Requests may be rejected if I feel they cannot be delivered in the highest quality.
Rejected requests will be notified.Accepted requests will be put on the waitlist.
A frequent update will be sent via email or the client's preferable contact method. The client can ask for an update anytime.
____After final sketch approval, major changes will not be accepted.
Minor revisions may be requested during each update (1-3 minor each) during the painting process.
Up to 24 hours after the completed work is delivered, the client might request small adjustments.
Please download or archive your commission for I will delete the Google Drive folder contained your commission after a week of delivery.____The final version of the artwork can be edited at the owner's risk and by the owner.
Please keep a backup copy of the original, I do not hold responsibility for the artwork after delivery.Artist credit must be present wherever the artwork appears.
While usage rights are granted to all commissioned works, intellectual property rights remain with the artist.Private: Private use only. Commercial use and distribution are prohibited.
Commercial: May only be used for the purpose it was commissioned for.
Additional charges will be applied to multi-use artwork. Editing of commercial artwork without permission is prohibited.
Your commission will be posted on my social account with a watermark and used in my portfolio. If you don't want me to publicize you as the owner or don't want your commission to be posted on my social accounts, please notice me first hand. However, your commission will stay on my portfolio.
